We are committed to providing clear transparency from checkout to delivery, ensuring you receive your jewelry with peace of mind and punctuality.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

2. U.S. Domestic Delivery Times & Costs
We primarily partner with USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground to offer reliable service that balances speed and cost.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping cost is $3.99.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-9 business days after shipment. Shipping cost is $13.99

3. Our Free Shipping Benefits
You qualify for free shipping by meeting either one of the following conditions:

  • Purchase 2 or more items in one order to enjoy FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Reach a subtotal of $80 or more in one order to enjoy FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Please note: Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. If you choose Expedited Shipping, you will receive a shipping credit equal to the Standard cost and only pay the upgrade fee of $10.

4. Surcharge for Special Regions
To cover the higher logistics costs to remote areas and maintain fair pricing for all customers, orders shipped to the following U.S. territories and remote zip codes are subject to an additional surcharge of $15.99:

  • Hawaii (HI) & Alaska (AK): Applies to all addresses.

  • U.S. Territories: Including but not limited to Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI). Applies to all addresses.

  • Contiguous U.S. Remote Areas: Includes parts of states with very low population density such as Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota (specific remote zip codes).

  • This fee, if applicable, will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for loss or delay due to an incorrect address.

  • Package Tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipment email for real-time updates.

  • Delivery Delays: Unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather or carrier service disruptions.

  • Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories may be subject to additional taxes/fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
